Gaufest registration open for Gruppen, Einzel and More!

The following Registration are open on as of Monday, February 3, 2025, and all will take place via our Gaufest website, http://www.30gaufest.com
- PREISPLATTELN via the website:

- IMPORTANT NOTES FOR GRUPPEN AND EINZEL REGISTRATION
- The link will be password protected and available for Vorplattlers only.
- The Vorplattler will receive an email for Log-in capabilities and to reset the password.
- The Email will come from: noreply@30gaufest.com
- We have included a “How To” Video on the website to assist you with the process.
- Any questions or if your Vorplattler does not receive an automated email by February 3rd, or you need to designate a different club representative, please contact us at info@30gaufest.com
- Carnations
- Red, Pink, White, and Yellow carnations are available along with Baker and Asparagus Fern.
- The pick-up time and location will be at Fest Tent and announced at a later date.
- Souvenirs
- All 30. Gaufest souvenirs will be ordered and paid for in advance. Your Souvenirs may be picked up at Gaufest at Fest Tent.
- If there are extras, they may be available at the Gaufest, however, the quantities will be limited.
- Please remember to pre-order your souvenirs on the Registration Site to be sure your order can be filled!
- Ehrentänz Registration
- Please submit the Form on the website. We are requesting that dances, including the march in/out is less than 4 minutes.
- Ehrentänze will be scheduled throughout the Gaufest at:
- Thursday Welcome dance
- Friday Heimatabend
- Saturday Festabend
- Sunday Festtag (if needed)
- Heimatabend Performance Registration
- Please submit the Form on the website if you are interested in participating.
- Schafkopf Tournier Registration
- The Schafkopf Tournament is for experienced players only. Pre-registration is requested, but
- walk-ins may be accepted on a first-come basis if space is available.
- Anyone interested in learning the game is welcome to arrive in the workshop room approximately 15 minutes after the start of the Tournament.
- Please note that depending on the number of people competing, the Chair/Host may not be available to instruct if he/she has been requested to fill a player spot.
The Gaufest website will contain all the information you need, and we will continuously provide updates as information becomes available.
