3rd Place in Gruppen Preisplatteln, 2023

SANDUSKY, OH - On Sunday, July 16 the United German Hungarians were announced as the 3rd place winner of the Gruppen Preisplatteln competition held at the 29. Gaufest hosted by STV Bavaria at the Kalahari Resort. Our team consisted of six couples.

In 2025 The Enzian Volkstanzgruppe of Newark, Delaware & the United German Hungarians will host the 30. Gaufest at the Delaware Saengerbund, on July 3-6! Our group brings German folk dancing not only to the German American community, but to all our friends and neighbors regardless of ethnic background. We also attend and celebrate with local, regional, and national organizations of fellow dance groups and German-American Clubs & Societies.

Dancing Around: Photos From The Cescaphe!

On Thursday, October 6 we had the chance to perform at the Cescaphe Ballroom for a Graphics awards dinner and instead of a long-written recap, this version of "Dancing Around" will let the photos we have from the evening speak for themselves!
