Here’s a carrot salad recipe fit for summer and these hot temperatures we have been having!

Ingredients
1 lb carrots
2 green apples
1 navel orange, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp olive oil
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
Directions
1. Peel and grate carrots and apples.
2. Add them to a bowl with orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Mix together and garnish with parsley.
