Simple. Classic. Old fashioned.
I like to add a splash of water to a squeeze of natural honey in the bottom of a heavy bottomed rocks glass. 3 dashes of Angostura bitters. A generous amount of good ice.
Today I think it will be 3 fingers of Elijah Craig Small Batch.
