Hello dear Manhattan Club friends. Over the New Year Holiday we had the pleasure of visiting the Disney Resort in Florida. One might think that the best place to write about when discussing cocktails would be the replica of the Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios. I, however, am going to take you to a galaxy far far away. We are going to visit Oga’s Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. My favorite cocktail while visiting Oga’s is Jet Juice. It is a “strong” alcoholic beverage referred to as engine-room hooch. The brewing of Jet Juice was banned by High Command of the Rebel Alliance. However, they sometimes looked the other way as long as it didn’t interfere with one’s duties. It definitely did not interfere with my duties.

0.5 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liquor
0.5 oz. Açaí Liquor
0.5 oz. White Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
