“As usual, the ‘Heimatklänge’ pleased with their delightful tunes…” (from the Monthly Progress in 1963)

Monthly Progress, Volume 17, No. 3 – March 1963

Social Dance

A nice group had themselves a good time at the Social Dance on Saturday, February 24th. Although the walls were not bulging the attendance was satisfactory, and we do not doubt that with the advent of better weather we will see a steady increase in patronage. As usual, the “Heimatklänge” pleased with their delightful tunes and rhythms, and we trust that more of you will be out to enjoy yourselves at the next Social Dance on Saturday, March 30th.

EDITOR’S NOTE: this was written and originally published in Monthly Progress, Volume 17, No. 3 – March 1963. It has been re-published here in 2026 with minor edits.

The walls will likely be bulging on February 28, 2026 when the “Heimatklänge” holds their 70th Anniversary Party.
If you did not get seats before the deadline we trust you will make reservations instead for HK Night on March 14th at the Erzgebirge.
