Manhattan Club: Coffee, Bourbon & Cream, by Michael Fricker

I love coffee. I love bourbon.

I was going to leave it at that but you deserve more of an explanation here. Recently Allyssa brought home from New Orleans a bottle of Buffalo trace as well as some airplane bottles of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream.

A good looking recipe from the distillery website made a great tasting drink! Enjoy one this week for Thanksgiving or anytime really!

Recipe: Giddy Up Buffalo​

Note: I didn’t have any mint or mint syrup on hand so I just used regular simple syrup and it turned out great. Never let lack of ingredients stop you.
