The United German Hungarian Schuhplattlers and friends traveled to Germany and Participated in the โBayerischer Lowe.โ The event was held on October 4th the Gasthaus am Auwaldsee, Ingolstadt. Hosted by the Donau Gau, our group placed 5th out of 12 groups.

NEWARK, DE - On Sunday, July 6 the United German Hungarians were announced as the 2nd place winner of the Gruppen Preisplatteln competition held at the 30. Gaufest. This festival was hosted by the United German Hungarians as well as Enzian Volkstanzgruppe at the Delaware Sengerbund.

A Review of the 29. Gaufest 2023 in Sandusky, OH, by Karina Fricker & Michael Fricker
Recently we went on safari to one of our most frequently visited states in the union. The trip to Sandusky, OH was a car ride for some, a carpool for others, and I think a few may have flown in as well. I can't be sure but I do not think anyone came by train, and even fewer could have come by boat.
